Cancellation Policy:
We have a 72 hour cancellation policy (excluding special events & holidays) that applies to each day of your stay and pertains to early checkouts as well since we do not overbook our rooms. If you cancel within the 72 hours, you will forfeit the first night charges for the room as booked.
Each room has its designated rate according to site and location. Sorry, we do not offer any discounts. We offer an excellent value.

We are a non-smoking lodge:
Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or suites nor on the patios or balconies of the rooms. You may use the parks located on either corner of Ocean Avenue or our guest parking lot. We appreciate your courtesy in abiding by this policy.
